Paul Wilson

Paul joined Planwell in September 2011, after working at another Charter Financial Planning practice for several years.  Prior to that he had worked at AXA’s Head Office for many years in training and development roles.  And that all came after he had worked as a secondary school teacher as his first job.

Paul is a ‘general practitioner’ when it comes to financial planning as he has clients ranging in age from their 20′s right through to retirees in their 80′s.

Away from work, Paul still likes to think of himself as a surfer, although these days, age and infirmity have seen him relegated to the occasional spin on a bodyboard when the weather is fine.  He also follows The Demons and would love to see them return to their ‘glory days’ of the 50′s and 60′s.

He is married to Gillian, who is manager of an Operating Theatre in a private hospital, and has two children – Gabby, who is doing a double degree at Monash Uni; and Dylan, who is getting towards the end of his carpentry apprenticeship.
